Quality Assurance
All the above Aircraft Catering Units have been incorporated with
such devices and equipment to ensure HACCP compliance. Every Unit
has an
In-house Hygiene Laboratory to carry out microbiological tests on
all kinds of edible Food Items. Trained and qualified Hygiene
Officers on random and
regular basis carry these out. In addition, these Hygiene officer’s
role and duties are to over-see the upkeep of the Quality Assurance
policies of the
company, these include such cheeks and balances mechanisms viz.
receipts of all raw and bought-out products, regular hygiene audit
on all the
suppliers manufacturing, storing and transporting facilities and the
most vital area of in-house production out-put.
