SAJ FLIGHT SERVICES (Pvt.) LTD is a pioneer Catering Company in the
field of Aviation Catering in Southern Indian region. It first
opened its Aircraft
Catering Unit’s door to Air India in 1982 at Thiruvananthapuram
(Trivandrum), India. That was the year when Air India commenced its
International
Flight Operations from Trivandrum Airport located at the southern
tip of India.

From a humble beginning 20 years back, Saj Flight Services has
gradually but steadily spread its base throughout southern India
spanning the state of
Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. Today, it can very well boast of
Five modern Flight Kitchens in Chennai (MAA), Trivandrum (TRV),
Cochin (COK),
Calicut (CCJ) and Bangalore (BLR). All the Units have been located
within the precincts of the Airport terminal building thus ideally
suited to cater to the requirements of the Cabin Crew and Airline, even in the
last minute before the departure time. |

quality and efficient in-flight products (food, beverages and
commissary store
items) at reasonable prices. Apart from its core competence in
In-flight catering, the company has branched out into aviation
related services such as
Bonded Ware-house facility, providing Hi-lift services other than
Catering functions to the Ground services, and Cabin Cleaning on
board the Aircraft of
all the Airlines terminating and transiting through the 5 Airports.
This requires special handling and the work has to be completed
deftly, skill fully and to
the satisfaction of the Airline with in the allocated time period so
as not to delay the departure of the flight.
