A Regional Director who oversees the day-to-day Operation of COK, TRV and CCJ Airports heads the region of Kerala. Saj’s Corporate Chef – a trendsetter in designing innovative menus, developing new concepts of fusion and novel cuisine – leads and inspires the Executive Chefs.
