Management professionals are also experts in menu planning, costing, observing hygiene and training crew members, which in turn has helped the Company to provide top quality service to our customers. At the helm of the company’s affair is Mr. Sajan Varghese, the Managing Director, having a deep knowledge about Indian & International Inflight services environment. The Management team Plans, Controls and Monitors the operation’s network from its Corporate Offices where the MD and the 3 Vice-Presidents (Operations, Business Development & Quality Control) are headquartered. A Regional Director who oversees the day-to-day Operation of COK, TRV and CCJ Airports heads the region of Kerala. Saj’s Corporate Chef – a trendsetter in designing innovative menus, developing new concepts of fusion and novel cuisine – leads and inspires the Executive Chefs. The Kitchen brigade’s constant aim is to bring in consistency and quality in its output across all the 5 Flight Kitchens.
